The forum has had some legal problems, so the rules are there also for the continuation of the site.
And I really don't like hacking newer stuff...

It's funny I almost got banned there for something that isn't quite in the forum rules and some dude here calls onewecallgod stupid and gets no response,no warn,no nothing.

You let users insult mods ? Or they're friends...and tease each other ?

If the moderator in whom the insult is directed at considers it as an insult rather than teasing then yes, a ban can be given weather that person is a friend or not.
