I was wondering if I could direct link your files for a guide I'm writing (how to set up an ePSXe emulator). I hope you won't mind, because I think that linking to your site would make ppl who read my guide to the Emulator Zone for all their emu needs. Thank you!!!

I doubt you'll be allowed, linking directly to files is unlikely
to attract a lot of new people. However linking to the
ePSXe page might have a better effect. Im sure Lefteris won't
mind that (although you better wait for his reply, just incase).

Danny is right. Please do not link directly to the files. I think it would be fine if you linked to the page, but just like he said better wait for a reply.

I cannot allow any direct links as that would be bandwith theft.

You can provide a link to this page: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/epsxe.html
    And to the plugins: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/p...gins-tools.html

As you can see everything is so well organized that nobody will have a problem downloading from these pages.
One more reason not to hotlink to the files is the fact that I update them all the time. You will have to change the links each time I do it whereas the pages will always be there.

Actually unless you know how to figure out the "real" location of the files
(which isn't hard to do, if you know how), direct linking is impossible as
it will be prevented by the download script which incorporates some simple
    anti-leeching algoritm (sp?)

    Doesnt work too well either

in fact, in the time it took me to copy and paste and upload a test page to my site, I just linked to a file

Might want to look into that..

I have a nice php one if you are interested in that.
