N64 Net Multi-play Possible?!!

I was just wondering if there is an emulator for the Nintendo 64 that allows you to play multi player over the internet. I have done it with other systems like the snes, but I can't seem to find a emulator for the N64 that has that feature. Any advice appreciated!

i d/l that emulater but when i click on netplay the emulater crashes is there any other programs i need?

no all you need is project 64. i've personally never tried to play over the net. im assuming its just like every other emulator online though (sux). it does work great over lan though. (which is odd if it works on lan it should work online too). myself and a couple of my friends had a mario cart lan party

I did get it to work in the end but it was kinda crap. No one was playing the old clasics like mario kart and goldeneye. Plus a lot of the people on there are japanese. I would love to find some people that play Goldeneye over the net, I loved that game I used to kick ass.

me and my bud are trying to get mario kart working but it just crases for both up us when we hit netplay

Now that you mention it I was trying to play with my brother and it crashed for both of us. I have no idea what's the problem with it.
