Best of the Best emulators

Okay guys... I have a new PC coming!! its a Demension XPS Gen 5 with intel Pentium D processor with Dual-Core TEchnology, 256MD PCI express x16Nvidia GeForce 6800 graphics card. I can't wait to start playing some games on it.

Anyhow, I'm still fresh on the MAME emulators. I wanted to know what is the BEST Emulator or the top 3 emulators out there?
I downloaded MAME32 and Kawaka who however you spell it. The MAME played more gams that I had downloaded then the Kawaka.

I guess there is no universtal emulator that just plays all of em.. I'm looking at games like Double dragon, Sunset riders, TMNT, Street Fighter, stuff like that.

I know no links are allowed and thats all good.

Just looking for names of emulators and places that are the best and support the most games.

Go to the main site and download each emulator with most stars (the first ones on the list). Those ones are the best.
