You can try SSF if you have a fast CPU with SSE2 (Athlon, P4), it's the best Saturn emulator so far.
You need to mount your ISO with Daemon Tools, then set the emulated drive on SSF. Also the Saturn Bios are needed
My saturn wont work anymore, so i created aan iso of my disk, but cant get any emulator to play it, nor will any other vdvd drive. can anyone help?

Did you tried the link I post before?
If the problem is that the emu doesn't work, please tell which computer specs you got, specially the cpu

You can try CPU-Z, it would tell you if SSE2 instructions are supported by your CPU, but I think not.
