Thread: Problem with FMV's

    Default Problem with FMV's

Hi there, I currently playing FF9, using PSXeven and I having issues with the FMV's. During cutscene for a CGI sequence, it runs very slow, skips too much and won't play smoothly. But evrything is okay after each of that. Any advice?

I have tried all Graphics plugins but only one seems to work with my cpu specs, I am using E}I{'s GPU Plugin 0.981 plug in, how do I optimize configutations for this?

    Thanks,

Play from an iso would help a lot, and also the "unfiltered framebufffer updates" option should make it faster.

I have a problem like this too, and nothing helped me out. And its about all the games (for example: Breath of Fire IV; FF VII).

try using another emulator like epsxe 1.5.2 NOT the latest 1.6.0. before when i started psx emulation it played and sounded pretty choppy so i had to change the sound plugins untill it was as good as possible, so try playing with the sound and graphics plugins.
Ok, now I really don't have anything to put in here -.-

How can I make an ISO? I don't know how to. Do I make an image copy of the entire FF9 discs? If so, what burning software should you recommend? Thanks in advance.

You can make image files with Nero too, the only difference it will be an .nrg file. But if you realy want an ISO, you can use the shareware version of WinISO.

GPU proplem. Try to use P.E.Op.S GPU plugin as it never failed me on most of the games.

Others such as Pete's needs a good graphic cards.
