Default Help with Chrono Cross Extraction & Playing

Ok, so I downloaded Disc 1 of Chrono Cross ISO from *******(link removed)...and went to extract the files (as the disc was seperated into many rar archives). But when I came to doing it...each rar file contained the same two files - CCa.bin (719,386kb) and CCa.cue (1kb). I wasn't even sure how a 700 mb file ended up in one 4mb rar file *confused*. Well anyway, I thought what the hell, and extracted one of the files then opened the CCa.cue in ePSXe and it started to play the intro video fine (except for this annoying 1 pixel wide line down the right side of the screen) apart from when I came to starting a new came it just froze up on a blank screen.

Now...I don't know whether this is a well known glitch I can fiz...or I just don't know how to extract the files properly...but, is there anyone who can help?

Thanks, and sorry if I'm a little slow - I've never used ePSXe or played a PS1 game on the PC T_T

Please don't post sites where you get ISOs

The ISO it's rared on multipart rar archives, so if you open anyone and unrar it, it would work. The ISO it's not repeated but "multiparted".

As for ePSXe, try to get 1.5.2, not the latest 1.6.0 as Chrono Cross doesn't work with it. You might try PSXeven or SSSPSX, those are very good emus too. You can find links to them with a forum search.

Use ePSXe 1.5.2 to solve it. ePSXe 1.6.0 apparently have problems dealing with menu after you start a New Game.

And also, try to use Daemon Tools to mount it.
