I Have A Problem Pokemon Emerald!

Hey after I beat the pokemon league and went back into my house and went downstairs and shit i chose latias. Does anyone know where to find him like an exact point or where he might be near or what to do in order to find him? Please help!

Okay, first you must just simply find him, walk around in grass. After you do finnaly find him go to a location with a building near the grass, look in pokedex, look at where it's at, if it's not in your location, go inside the building, come out, look again, eventually it will be in your area and you can find him in the grass. Note that as soon as you battle him he will run (even if you have Arena trap, etc) so use quick attack or something, every time you battle it it's health is the same as last time so eventually you will be able to catch it! It's hard but it's pretty much worth it.

NOTE: Going to the area it is in does not work, it runs away!
