I have a Toshiba Laptop and when running WinUAE, my touchpad doesn't seem to control the mouse within the emulator. Is this a common problem with laptops and this emulator?

I don't think the laptop is the problem but I have never heard about that emulator...

Very helpful Raven
WinUAE it's a Commodore Amiga emulator, the best if you ask me.You need to to click the game's window or hit <alt>+<tab> to switch between in game mouse / windows mouse. Perhaps mouse it's not enabled, so go to WinUAE Properties -> Host -> "Amiga Mouse / Joystick Port 0" -> "Mouse"
