Adaptoid Problems

My adaptoid has stopped functioning. When I double click on the joystick in the system tray, my controller appears, but with a red X over top of it. I followed the instructions in the read-me file, have done "check devices," reinstalled/rebooted multiple times, etc. and still cannot get it to respond. I emailed support@wishtech.com over a week ago and still no response.

Now their webpage is not working either. Does anyone have any advice or knowledge about them based on past experience? Any other contact information?

My computers (adaptoid does not function on any of them):

AMD 1700+ 512 ram, GeForce III 64mb video card, Win XP Pro
Laptop-Celeron 2.5ghz, 256 ram, Intel 32mb video, Win XP
PII 350 Mhz, 256 ram, Voodoo 3, Win 98 Second Edition
