I'm totally new to this, and have no idea how you start playing sega cd games through gens. I know about the changing misc bios option to the latest ISO file, but that's it.

Try using the Gens emulator and use a cd emulation software such as daemon tools to load the iso.

ok but there was about 20 BIN Files do I have to load any of those, or do I just load the iso file if there is one.

Things are really simple.
1st step Download GENS emulator 2nd step Download the SEGA CD BIOS files http://www.eidolons-inn.net/tiki-lis...hp?galleryId=6 3rd step Equip the SEGA CD BIOS 1-Run GENS 2-Go to OPTIONS 3-BIOS/MISC FILES 4-CONFIGURE SEGA CD BIOS FILES 5-Equip the BIOS files you just download 4rth step GO PLAY!
