First of all, please try to name your topics a little better, "help" just isn't very helpful. Also, please try to limit the exclamation points to one. Now as for your post, PS2 games barely run on the PC if they even start. Although many talented programmers are working to code a fully functional PS2 emulator, it just hasn't happened yet. While some games do start or even run a little, they aren't what I'd call playable (not even close, really). As far as the BIOS goes, for legal reasons we can't link to it here, but google can find it. It goes in the BIOS folder on most emulators. If I were you, I'd try PS1 or some other console.
