Tekken 3 on Zinc

I'm trying to run tekken 3 on zinc using dafreak's gui. When i star the game i get the following message: "initializing jamma video system - step 1". I what for a while but nothing happens. Should i keep waiting or do something else?
The rom runs perfectly with mame, but i'm trying to use zinc for better speed.

Do you have firmware file? That's a BIOS file that ZinC is needed in order to play them. Search through Google if you haven't.

oh here i go again,well a have zinc emulator working 99.8%
why not 100% couse it wont take tekken 3 and dont ask me
if iam missing a bios couse i have all of them all my games work
+ the game will not get the joypad so i'll say you'll wasting your time ok.
