That is a driver issue, may have report that before. You need to update your video card drivers and make sure your direct X is up to date. If that does not work we need to know more about your video card.
FCEUX Fullscreen
No matter what I can't get this to run in fullscreen. I tried multiple resolutions and other various settings. The screen will go black for a second and either pop up an error or show my desktop ( In a highly pixelated state). Is this emulator not able to do fullscreen?
