pkmon sapphire sound glitch/siren

in pokemon sapphire, the rom i have, after the part when team aqua unleashes kyogre, a strange siren-like whistling sound starts coming along with the music, and it seems to be unstoppable

it gets pretty annoying, and i'm not sure what is causing this, or if it is part of a vba thing i did that made it start this siren noise

personaly it sounds like a rom gliche not the emulator, are you sure that you got a good dump of the game, i think that its the game that is your problem!!!
