Mouse as joystick problem. :(

Hey guys! I'm new to this and I recently discovered that you can use your mouse as a joystick in 1964 and Project64 with nrages plugin, I tried this in both emulators and it didn't work, a window comes up saying the program cant start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing... I tried reinstalling and I still have the same problem... Any ideas why?

install both direct x or GFWL (games for windows live) both should replace Xinput dlls.
