Help using dolphin on mac, running sims 2

So, I downloaded the newest version of dolphin and that worked fine. Then, i downloaded the iso of the sims 2, but i think it's a rar. This is the file name "Sims 2, The.7z". It's about 800 something mb, so i downloaded the game. But, im not sure how to put it into iso format or make it compatible with dolphin.
It just says it cant read it.
And, my specs are good enough to run this game so its not my computer

its compressed just extract the file..

i did that but now it has a lot of file in its folder. how can i tell it to open all of them up and run the game?
