Heart Gold emulator and black borders

So I downloaded an emulator for Pokemon Heart Gold, and I have a problem. Around every character, there's black borders.

Everything else about the game is fine. The music works, the character moves with no lag, the game works. But the black borders are quite annoying.

I know it's not about the rom, this problem, since I used my another (a lot slower) computer to open this same rom and it had no borders. So I was wondering if this could be fixed with a program, but I really don't know what it would be.

I'm using DeSmuME 0.9.4, Windows 7 and... I don't really know what else I could say

Download the 0.9.8 Version.And disable Sprite Border Outline in graphics options.
