[HELP] How do I edit .NDS saves of Pok?mon Diamond?

Currently using NO$GBA and I need to know how to edit the .NDS save of Pok?mon Diamond. What programs do I need to do this? I need to edit things like my bag, Pok?dex, Pok?mon stats and all that fun stuff.
