ePSXe emulator help?

Ok, I downloaded the ePSXe emulator, and Delta. I have all the plugins and everything, but when I try to run an ISO it says that there is a missing render texture extension, and no pixel format. Then it tells me that ePSXe has stopped working. I don't know what to do, but iv'e been looking for a soloution but can't seem to find one.

You need to download the plugins as well.

If you are having trouble with the plugin system, then you should try using the emulator pSX 1.13, there is no plugin to mess with and its simple.
