Zelda Twilight Princess On Mac Book Pro 2011 Edition Running Really Slow

I am trying to play Zelda twilight princess gamecube version on my mac book pro 2011 edition
Here are my specs: Processor 2.3 GHz Intel Core i5, Memory 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3, Graphics Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB, Software Mac OS X Lion 10.7.3
The problem is that the game is really slow and I get low FPS and SPEED
Can someone please tell me what settings I need to change on dolphin and on the game and what else can I do to to make the game run fast. It is possible as someone has done it in this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=riIjTDgSbOQ
