Recommend me a good setting for ePSXe

i'm using Pete's OpenGL2 plugin, can some one give me advice on which setting should i activate and which one should i not.

the settings i want is average speed w/ good quality viewing


Processor: AMD Athlon™ XP 1700+, MMX, 3DNow, ~1.5GHz
Memory: 512MB RAM
Video Card: MSI MS-StarForce GeForce FX 5200 (NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200)
Display Memory: 128.0 MB

Usually that is fine with it as I never try to tweak it too much. Every game is showing different result from a same setting.

I just click on Nice setting only. Nothing much to do since the graphic of the PSX games is truly limited. B)
