epsxe 1.7.0 sound problem

i recently encountered a problem while play ff7 on my emulator it said error cant handle sound (try-nosound) ever since then i havent been able to play with sound ive checked my computer hoping that it was a problem with the sound on it but its not and the game runs fine but i have no sound please can someone help me fix this problem thank you

Have you tried deleting the emulator and re-installing it? If that doesn't work, you should try a different emulator like pSX.
