New Dolphin emulator works slow (Rayman Origins)

I recently downloaded a dophin emulator for the pc,
it runs Rayman Origins as it's the only game I have got now and it is running so slow.
I tried to play with the settings of the dolphin but it helped just a little and it is not reasonable to play like so.
Here are my comp settings:
Win xp service pack 3
Pentium (R) 4 CPU
3.00 GHZ
2 GB of RAM
In addition Geforce 9600 card.
Anything to do to run it fast in this computer?

Hey man, I just download that game. I have an amd phenome 555 black at 3.2 gig and a 280 gtx nvidia card.

Now I know my card is blazing compared to the 9600 but other then that we match up. Did you enable dual core?
