Dolphin emulator problems

im having problems with my dolphin emulator. i can open up the emulator without crashing and even start the emulation, but I cant do anything in the emulation, like tha game starts up but no matter what key I hit nothing happens. any ideas would be extremely helpful and thanks in advance.

"key"? So you plan on playing with a keyboard then? -- If so, have you set up keys for each button?

i haven't where exactly do i do that cuz i havent seen it in the confg tab.

Use the GCpad button at the top.
