As 15-12-2011, what is the best NES emulator?

Since a long time ago, i use Jnes to emulate NES games. But recently i read about some new projects that are much more accurate than Jnes.
they say that "My NES" and "Nintendulator" are the more accurate emulators avaliable.
What is the best NES emulator avaliable?

Nintendulator and My NES also have x64 buildsm something that Jnes dosen't have. that help in some way?

You have to define "best". Bnes for example is the most accurate IMO as this is its main goal. Jnes is the most basic and simple to use. Rocknes and its clones have the most support for accessories. Lots of people like the nestopia. Or you can use the rating scale we have on the front download page.

Nah iohanntachy I would stick with somthing solid, dont just switch to somthing new just because its new. I would keep using Jnes if I were you, IMO it has pretty much everything you need and pretty good sound. Make sure to set the drawing to: hq4x and Palette to: BMFFIN3.PAL. Other then that Nestopia is good also, it has more settings to configure and is probably more accurate to originality then Jnes. Just dont use the Stereo in Nestopia, its muffled and sucky, stick to Mono. To set Nestopia video: Hqx Palette: Yuv
