Help: Cant get any PS emulators to work

Hello everyone,

I am just trying to run a PS emulator (like PSX), I dont have any of the CDs for the games, so i need the file form and when i go to find them i keep getting .rar files not .bin or .iso
Basically, I have no idea what I am doing and any help in picking an emulator and how to run i would be greatly appreaciatted.

You need to extract the .RAR file then the file that has been extracted will be a disc image, either ISO or .BIN.
Also what are your pc specs?
