Default Controller Problem: does not want to work on PSX games

Hi, I didn't know what prefix this would fit so I left it blank. Anyway, my controller works fine on the other emulators for Sega, NES, N64, etc. but not for PSX for some reason. The controller is fine on the ePSXe on my bro's computer, but not mine. Something may not be working but I don't know what it is, or if it's something I don't have. I have ePSXe 1.7.0, so does my brother, and when it comes to sorting out or asking or doing something on it; because I'm not an expert on this, I may not understand what you guys would be saying. But anyway, this has been bothering me and I need help. If someone could please help out, I'll be very thankful.

Let me give a situation I've had. My First Laptop was unable to charge.
First, I took the battery out and the Laptop shutdown.
Second, I used another/different charger, which keep the Laptop Running, but didn't Charge Battery
So from this you could tell it wasn't the Battery or the Laptop it was the charger that wasn't working

    Things you should try
    - Get the Driver for the Controller [Its the Software that allows your Hardware to Talk with each other, Look for the Model Name]
    - Use the same plugin and settings as your Brother did

The Driver is like the CDs you get with your to setup on your computer also I'm not an expert on the matter, just was told about Drivers while my First Laptop needed to be reformated and set back up. You and I are both Users of Computers.

    Do you flash or EMULATE?
I could help with DS, PS2, etc Emulators and a Link for updating Flashcards.

    Check list.

    1) what type of controller is this?
    2) did you set it up in the plug in ( defined the buttons?)
    3) are the button defines showing up
    4) if 2 and 3 fail, go to control panel and game controllers and use the test app.

If any of this is unclear state the number you are having troubles following and I will elaborate.

The controller is a Gamepad F310. The settings and plugins are the same with my bro's, and the controller's buttons are all set up. It's just that the controller just doesn't seem to be working for ePSXe, wheras Sega, NES, SNES, it plays fine. You can use it great on those with no problem. PSX is a different story for some reason, and I don't know why. Should I replace ePSXe with another one? Maybe this is currupt or something, despite troubleshooting checked ePSXe and the controller and all were fine.

I dont think its a corrupt file but if it were it would be the plug in. Not sure how the plugin works but it must store the user data somewhere and that is where I would start. Uninstalling and deleting ePSXe should do the same thing.
