Espxe was the first one I tried and worked perfectly on my ACER laptop, 1.7 ghz AMD althon 64, 3 GB ram and on board video. Other than finding all the random bits (2 DLLs, and BIOS) and 1 program to unpack the ECM files setup was pretty easy.
Which one should i download

Yes I second that, try with ePSXe first
I think you should try both and see for yourself, 2 Admins/Moderators are argeeing with PCSX-Reloaded. As for me I'm going to try PCSX-Reloaded. New PSX emulator if people didnt notice [Link]

Do you flash or EMULATE?I could help with DS, PS2, etc Emulators and a Link for updating Flashcards.

"PSX" is much easier to use than ePSXe and it's also more accurate. I haven't tried PCSX though.
I tried PCSX-Reloaded, its really nice I haven't tried Disc Switch yet, but it looks promising, but I played a Rom on it and it looked great.
