Are there any Sega CD emulator with speed up button?

I use Gens currently and it emulates just about everything I want, but it doesn't seem to have a button emulators like Zsnes and Visualboy has that you can hold down and it speeds up the game greatly, so I can fastforward through unskippable scenes etc.

Are there any Sega CD emulators that has a function like that? (or maybe Gens has it already and I just can't find it?) Thanks in advance.

I dont know if it has a speed up or not, but Fusion is just about the best out there and has a lot of options.

Use fusion i pretty sure it has a fast foward button

In Fusion the FFWD is the Backspace button (Fusion is the best out there)
