zlib1 and zlib are part of the zip libraries. They are not part of the emulator. All you need to do is download the file zlib1.dll and put it in the folder. You may also need zlib.dll.
Epsxe refuses to start
every time I attempt to start the emulator, I get "the program can't start because zlib1.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem" I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it never works. is there anything I can do to actually fix this?

Click for zlib1.dll Download
Place it into the ePSXe Folder near the Application
Click for wnaspi32.dll Download
Also in case you get a wnaspi32.dll problem...I downloaded the emulator from and got that problem and I know dll files aren't illegal or some
Though typing in the verification code is a bit annoying.
