need help on dolphin!

everytime i start up a game iso it says microsoft has just encountered from and unrecoverable error with the options send error report and dont send.
these are my pc specs:

its not your specs, its either the ISO ( game ) or the plugins. If you get that on many games if not all then try change out plugins one by one. If that fails its a DX driver/dll/os issue. We can get to that next.

the iso was timesplitters future perfect and it did say the iso's state was one star so i will try a different game

i got it working with a super smash bros melee iso but its laggy as hell at 4 fps help!!
i can play call of duty on here at 50 fps what wrong with dolphin?
