Final Fantasy X crashes at the same part every time? tried everything (pcsx2)

So anyway I've gotten throguh about half the game on my original settings with only minor problems throughout. Like rooms not loading and getting a black screen while the music continues in the background. All i do then is load a save state and everything works fine.

NOW however during one scene, specifically the scene where you're looking for Yuna at Home, the game's graphics will bug out and crash pcsx2 somewhere between where Dona tells you that Yuna is gone and where Rikku exposits the spoilertastic thing about what happens when summoners beat Sin.

Of course I assumed it was a graphics deal even though I've had no problems with any part of the game, especially one that isn't that graphically intense like this one (it isn't even a cinematic) but I went into the configs anyway and started lowering the performance quality of everything, which did nothing, but oddly changing the cd/dvd from Gigaherz cdvd plugin to Linuz Iso cdvd extended the scene by a few seconds, but of course it still crashed.

Could it be a problem with the iso itself? Anyone had this happen to them before when a game would just crap out at one point where for 10 hours before it all worked fine

If it keep messing up at that part i think its a bad upload, try getting another FFX, or it might be even your own video card. but if all the other FF's work good then it's something in your configs. if none of these options work then i don't know. Good Luck!!

Did you ever find a solution to the game crashing at that same spot? Cuz I had the exact same problem today >.< And it crashes at the exact same spot as where it did for you. Therefore I would appreciate if you'd let me learn from your experience ;P plz ;P
