sav files of VBA

Some of the roms' sav files are 46 kb and some others are 128 kb (I'm reffered to Pokemon roms).

Is there a way to change the 46 kb sav files to 128 kb?

I'm asking this because Pokemon migrate with Desmume work only with roms that their sav file is 128 kb. It doesn't work with 46 kb sav files.
