Having Trouble Loading Games

I use the No$GBA Emulator.
After I play a game once (any game), and close the window, the program will not respond when I open it after I choose my game. This happens every time, and it's really frustrating to re-download No$GBA to make it work, just to make it... De-work.

So, is there something wrong? I use Windows Vista and download the latest versions of No$GBA. VisualBoyAdvance can't save too. Any suggestions for other emulators and places where I can download ROMs for free?

There are lots of places to download roms just look for them.

im having a problem with windows 7 and nj051b. I have antother computer with windows xp and i can open roms fine. any tips?
