im playing zelda - a link to the past, today i was gonna play on but on the savegame didnt appear

    ( im using snes9x emulator btw )

i can see the savegame file in the correct folder ( ive tried to put the savegame file (.SRM) everywhere ) but still the emulator doesnt locate it.

is there a emulator that lets you locate the savegames manually from within the emulator ? or is there another solution. plz help, im going crazy and have played on this savegame for hours

I'm 99% sure its a vista thing, maybe some one else with vista can comment.

Here is a guess... I have seem this brake emulators in the past..

    EXAMPLE: C:\games\snes9x\ This is good

EXAMPLE: C:\games files\snes9x\ This is bad

Look at the total path the the save states and remove any spaces in it.. Replace with _ if you must (game_files). Worth a shot.
Original, the only way to play.

In the future you just want to use Save States instead of relying on the automatic Save ingame. Its much more reliable.

Blind shot, but in what directory do you have snes9x in? Also, try modifying the directory name as ulaoulao suggested.
