Question A problem with the ePSXe

Hi there, I am new here, The problem I have is with my ePSXe emulator.
I have been playing Final Fantasy VII for over 40 hours now without a problem.
But after I defeat the Diamond Weapon and It has that scene of that Sister Ray Cannon thing in Midgar firing that laser beam. When It reaches Sephiroths bubble it lags just before it hits and a row of pixels on the right screen turn up. After it hits the bubble thing the game screen freezes but you can still hear sound for a bit. I don't know what the problem is all of a sudden and I would like to know if anyone else has had or knows how to fix it.

    Thank you for your help.

Presuming your ISO is ok then it sounds like a possible problem with the video plug-in you're using. Try running through that scene using a different plug-in to see if it still fails, or try using your Gamesave with the PSX emulator (which offers more faithful 1:1 emulation without all the whistles and bells ePSXe offers) if the same issue occurs with PSX then its most likely a bad ISO.

I have tried every video plug-in and it still failed. I tried running from the actual game save and it still froze so I guess It is the ISO, Thanks for replying and thanks for your help.
