I've made a complete guide on how to build a VGA to SCART cable that let you to transform your CRT TV in a REAL arcade monitor; it's fantastic for Mame, psx/nintendo64/superNES/ecc. emulators: older is the game/console emulated, better is the result (the cable is intended for all the low-res games).
