error message after installation

Okay, so i went through the instructions on the "General Epsxe Setup and Configuration" thread, and after step 6 when it says to start Epsxe for the first time i get an error message stating zlib1.dll was not found.
is there something i'm missing? i tried re-doing everything and i get the same message.

No, its not you fault, it is a missing file when you download epsxe, why it is missing, I don't know, anyways here is it.

i was freaking out so hard about that, then i finally put the file name into google and got it done in 6 seconds. looking back, i kinda acted like a baby, well thats my little story.
