FF8 problem

I started playing FF8 with epsxe. It works well but I do have a problem.

When ever I enter battle the screen goes black and fuzzy instead of the original.

I am using Pete's OpenGL2 PSX GPU 2.0.9

I used PSX as well but it did not solve the issue. Is their anyway to fix this?

Upgrade to Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9, and configure it for the best picture. Make sure the Special game fixes is always checked.
