pokemon transfer

I'm sure this has been asked a million times but:
Things I have:
-Project 64
-working pokemon stadium 2
-VBA
-working pokemon GB games (which one do i use "yellow", "gold")

I want to know how to Emulate the Transfer pak put the Save files in it and transfer them to Pokemon Stadium 2.

If you can give me a link to a tutorial that would be awsome.
