Mame32 Settings

So I bought the X-Arcade Tankstick and customized a ton of buttons but cannot seem to find the setting for Volume, Sound, Refresh, etc. I believe the default use to be either Backspace or ~

After I bring up the settings menu(TAB by default) where do I look to define this button once again?

From the TAB menu it should be in Input General>User Interface>On Screen Display...I think.
