Hi, for a white screen, try this: File-Options-Emulator-Save Type-Flash 128. Restart emulator, then open the rom again. Otherwise, check that the rom is fully unzipped. :S
I hope this wasn't mentioned anywhere else. I looked and couldn't find anything.
I just bought a Dell Inspiron 1525 which runs Vista with an Intel Core 2 Duo. I open up VBA and everything is ok. I click on File and click Open... and then click on the Emerald ROM file, the screen flickers a bit, I get a little box in the lower right saying color settings will be changed until the program closes and then all I get is a white screen with no sound (my speakers are on). Could I have downloaded a defective file or am I just doing something wrong? Or is it just Vista being stupid and I just can't play ROMs on my new laptop?
Thanks for your help.
