New to this, Guide for NullDC

Ive downloaded the emulator, then tried to read the"read me" file with instructions and make it work, but i dont understand this:

QUOTED from READ ME FILE:
"Before running the emulator make sure that you have the necessary Dreamcast BIOS and Flash files dumped from your Dreamcast."

So what does that mean? I don't really get the way of making these files...

If such thread already exists and some1 knows where i can find the answer to my question, please care to share

From what I can see you need your Dreamcast (obviously) and a special cable to hook it up to your PC. Then download a transfer software.

Otherwise, Google is a good friend in these circumstances.
