hello i'm from the netherlands.

i have a problem with potemkin for the psp. when i downloaded it and packed out the file with winrar and click on the .exe file it say: it can't be started because the configuration is not right. install the program again will solf the problem. but with the .exe file i install the emulator right? 'so i can't install the program.

please help me
