Sprite problems in mega man 8

So I'm trying to rock Mega Man 8 but there is something wrong with Mega Mans animation. His face is something off set from the rest of him body. Now could this just be the rip I downloaded or a problem with the way I got my ePSXe set up?

Try using a different graphics plugin, or update to the newest version. If that doesn't work try a different download.
