Neo Final Burn Alpha - Minor Issues

I've got Neo Final Burn Alpha. Everything works fine except for two problems:

1. At times when I'm playing a rom, the audio quality becomes poor (it makes crackling sounds) for a few seconds. Anyone know what's causing this and how to overcome this problem?

2. I downloaded Street Fighter 3: New Generation. When I load it, a message box appears, saying "This game does not work. Load it anyway?". Anyone know what's causing this?
