Loz: Majora's Mask help? Please?

I've been trying to figure this out, but nothing I do seems to work. When I try and look into the telescope in the observatory, in the very beginning, I can't see anything. The clock and the telescope controls are still there, but I can't see out of the darn thing. Is it something I did? Or is it something I can fix, at least?

Oh, um, playing on a Nineteen64 emulator.

Just use Project64 Emulator! Works better! And you will be able to see out of it!
