epsxe doesn't start a game

Hy

Well i have a proplem with my epsxe. Yesterday i installed the latest version (1.7).

I configured it but when i start a game i get only a black screen.
I tried it with "run iso" and with "run cdrom" (mounted with Deamon Tools)

here my installed plugins:
video: P.E.Op.S Soft Driver 1.18
Sound: P.E.Op.S DSound Audio Driver 1.9
CD ROM: P.E.Op.S. CDR Driver 1.4
BIOS: SCPH1001.bin and SCPH7502.bin

I have windows vista home premium 64bit and DirectX 10

i tried also other plugins but nothing worked...

"Run Bios" worked but only with some CD Rom plugins (e.g. the P.E.Op.S. one) with

other cd rom plugins (Mooby2 cd diks image driver 2.8) i get an error

on my old system (xp) i had no problems with epsxe

Yeah this is why I suggested a vista compatibility thread. But that got shot down...

Ok first try to turn of DEP for the application. (DEP prevents memory access, sometimes breaking other applications. )

Also a few people say to install the dx9 for vista, since it works as a wrapper.
