Rockman is right, these kinds of posts belong in the submitted content forums, for future reference.. Check there before posting about updated versions of emulators, please. If there is no thread about a new release you may then post the thread in that forum about it..

However, just become someone posts a duplicate about a recent news article doesn't necesarrily mean they should be reported for it. So everyone knows, if it's just an innocent dupe then don't get your panties in a bunch.

Save reports for repeated attempts at spaming multiple forums, or disrespecting the forum rules once someone has been informed. You can let this particular thread and others like it, simply die..
